You will receive comprehensive and ongoing training needed to address all the sales and logistical issues that will surface during your real estate career. To stop learning is to stop moving. We operate in a positive environment, negativity is not permitted; it only stifles achievement and creates excuses for failure. You will receive qualified buyers and sellers to work with; There is no prospecting for new business. In addition, you do not need to spend your own money on advertising.

I'm sure you would agree that the most common problem agents have is finding business. The reality is that most of us get into the business because we like working with people. The problem is, for the average agent, most of the time is spent trying to find customers who leaves very little time to actually give the kind of service you want to give.
